Each Hex & Hook creation is lovingly handmade—no two plushies are ever quite the same! Because of this, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
However, if there’s ever a problem with your order, please send a message within 7 days of delivery. I’ll do everything I can to resolve the issue and make sure you’re happy with your magical mail.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
- Ready-to-ship items are sent within 3–5 business days.
- Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity and materials.
- Once your order is packaged (with extra care and a sprinkle of stitchy magic), you’ll receive tracking info via email.
- Hex & Hook is not responsible for delays or errors caused by the postal service, but I’ll gladly assist in tracking or troubleshooting missing parcels.

To keep your squishy companions looking their best:
- Spot clean only with a damp cloth.
- Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
- Excessive love may result in magical frizz (but that just means they’re well-loved).
